Getting in shape for a film role can have dramatic impact on the career and reputation of many actors. Another actor who've got into terrific shape for a movie, and had people talking a lot about it is Bradley Cooper for the his role in The A-Team.




The film based on the 1980’s television series,  required Cooper to get into exceptional physical condition to play his character Templeton “Faceman” Peck, a special forces operator. Not only was it necessary for Bradley Cooper to look well build to play his character, he also needed to train hard to possess the physical ability to effectively perform the operations of a soldier during filming.

Bradley Cooper made it known that his diet for getting in shape is focused on ridding his body off toxins and keeping his hormones at optimal levels. He avoids sugar and processed food because they cause unhealthy effects in the body and hinders muscle growth.

Bradley also drinks plenty of water to stay constantly hydrated and reduce strong cravings for sugar and cabs. He also encourages drinking protein shakes, but advise choosing wisely. He said, "some powders are made with chemicals and fillers that are difficult for your body to digest.” Watch out for artificial sweeteners and go for a product that says ‘whey protein isolate’ or ‘RBGH free’”
