Brad Pitt is a very popular actor who shows great acting skills in films he stars in, and he is also well known to attract women everywhere with his looks. Brad Pitt is known to get his body into pretty good shape in preparation for filming some of his movies, especially those where his body is in focus.

Fight Club And Troy

Of all the films that Brad Pitt starred in, he is considered to be in most impressive shape in the movies Fight Club and Troy. Brad Pitt was required to undergo appropriate fitness training to get his body in the right shape for each of these movies.

While there are many guys who consider Brad Pitt's look in Fight Club as the ideal physique for them  because he is not heavily muscular but has great tone, some other men think that Pitt's body in Fight Club should have more muscle and size.

Brad Pitt's workout for Fight Club was not aimed at gaining lots of muscle mass at all, it was more aimed at getting lean and toning up his physique to look impressive.

On the other hand, for the movie Troy, Brad Pitt workout routine and diet plan was structured to put on a decent amount of muscle on his body, as a result he was much more muscular in Troy.

Some men who want to look lean and athletic but at the same desire good levels of muscularity may prefer the Brad Pitt's Troy physique over his body in Fight Club.

Brad Pitt Body In Fight Club - How To Get A Fight Club Body Like Brad Pitt

Have you seen the movie Fight Club with Brad Pitt? In the movie Brad Pitt had an average build as far as muscle size goes, however his muscle tone was amazing.

In fact, If you have been lifting for any period of time, you probably have more muscle size than Brad Pitt had in Fight Club.

Women tend to like this type of physique over an overly muscular body almost all of the time. If you want to impress guys in the gym, then by all means, gain a load of muscle mass.

If you want to attract women, then aim for that lean and toned look like Brad Pitt in Fight Club.

Don't Kid Yourself. It Is More Difficult To Become Lean Than it is to Get Big

Guys in the gym never end amazing me. These dudes are always impressed by the bulky bodybuilder guys who lift heavy weights, but have very little muscle tone.

I hear them all the time saying stuff like "that guy can bench 405 for 6 reps", "that guy has 20 inch arms" etc.

Most of these huge guys never reach a low enough body fat percentage to see any great muscle tone.

I keep my body fat levels to 6% year round and don't get much respect from the guys in the gym, but the girls give me a lot of attention.

Honestly, getting big takes very little self discipline. If you progressively lift heavier weights in the 6-12 rep range and eat like a pig you will get big!

Getting Too Big Will Give You a Cheesy Look

I hate to rip so hard into bodybuilders, but can we retire the Everlast clown pants?

Seriously, you have to know what I'm talking about. How about those guys that wear those spandex pants or tank tops that they cut to make smaller?

Is there a worse group as far as style goes than bodybuilders?

Style is very important to women. If you get too big, then you can't even wear normal jeans. Big guys also look stupid when they try to dress up.

You can never look GQ or hip if you are too big. Don't get mad at me if you are big, I'm just here to help.

A Simple Plan to Get a Lean "Fight Club Body".

Hopefully I've persuaded a few people to lose the clown pants and come back to reality where women will talk with you again.

It is simple, but not easy to get a Fight Club Body. I would recommend workouts with only 20 minutes of lifting followed by 40-60 minutes of cardio.

Make sure to start your cardio session with high intensity interval training.

Low intensity cardio only works to get you down to around 10 to 12 percent body fat, if you want to get really toned then you are going to have to work cardio hard.

As far as eating goes, don't obsess with protein. You don't need a ton of protein to maintain a lean body.

The main thing is to keep your total calories consumed lower than what you burn. I am about 185 pounds and consume about 1500-1800 calories per day spread over 3 meals.

Whenever I do the 6 meal approach, I can't keep the calories low enough to lose body fat. If you can eat 6 smaller meals and keep the calories low, then you can use that approach.

Here's to Achieving a Fight Club Body

Brad Pitt Physique And Dressing Style In Mr And Mrs Smith Is Captivating

brad pitt picture : brad pitt physique
Brad Pitt who flaunted a very impressive physique in a number of movies such as Fight Club and Troy was also looking splendid in the movie Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

The actor's physique in Fight Club and Troy is a perfect example of the 'Lean Hollywood Look' and he was also looking great in Mr. and Mrs. Smith.

This must have been one of the reasons his present partner Angelina Jolie couldn't resist falling for him even though he was still married to former wife Jennifer Aniston at the time.

Although the pair denied allegations of having an affair during the shooting of the film and while Pitt was still married to Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie later admitted to the New York Times she and Brad Pitt fell in love on the set of Mr. & Mrs. Smith.

Also, Judging from the chemistry they displayed in the movie it's clear that there was something more going on between the two.

The point of bringing up this story is to show that women are greatly attracted to men who have this kind of shape.

Whenever a man possess this type of body he automatically becomes highly in demand to women.

Well, there are other important factors that women will consider too, but the fact is a lean and muscular body could easily captivate the interest of women than any other body type.

If Brad Pitt was fat, thin or overly muscular like a professional bodybuilder maybe Angelina Jolie would have been less interested, considering he was still married.

But I believe it's the lean and muscular physique of Brad Pitt that had her hypnotized.

This is the only program that aims to teach guys how to build their body to look ultra-lean like actors such as Brad Pitt, Bradley Cooper and Christian Bale flaunt in movies.

The program will show you how to build muscle and look well defined by revealing  how to avoid gaining excessive muscle mass in the wrong areas, add dense muscle mass to specific muscle groups and gain muscle without gaining body fat, so the physique that you end up with will look hypnotizing to women.
